Q: What are the sizes of crystals you are selling ?
A: SS05, SS10, SS16, SS20
Q: What are the estimated measurements for these sizes?

SS05 - 0.15cm
SS10 - 0.25cm
SS16 - 0.35cm
SS20 - 0.50cm
Q: If i order, when can i get them ?
A: I will get stocks, no matter 1 or 100, on saturdays only (: [you have to make payment first ! dont say u will make payment after i get them, cus i've met some irresponsible people who went MIA] Currently im collecting stocks & meetups on certain saturdays only, cus having O lvl this yr (:
Q: Items that you've posted out, do they get lost ?
A: I've never have any complains from my customers, and i usually ask them if they have received the items after 2days. However, registered postage is still recommended.

Q: For the instock crystals, can i pick more than 1 colour for the 25 pieces ?
A: Sry nope, 25 pieces is fixed for 1 colour only (:
Q: Are you very sure that these crystals are swarovski ?
A: Yes, the shop that im collecting stocks from have the certificate.
Q: Do the crystals break ?
A: They will break only if u hit really hard on them. If u glued crystals on the surface of your phone, and u drop you phone, most probably some of the crystals will fall out [depending on the impact], or crack on your phone like shattered glass. [However, if u dont drop your phone, the crystals can last for a very long period, like mine :D]
